Chops Folsom is located in the beautiful Palladio at Broadstone. In addition to our dining room, Chops offers an outdoor patio for your dining pleasure and has private dining to hold your special events. Christopher Mathew Headding, Executive Chef a native of Woodland, worked his way through the ranks at Chops beginning 10 years ago as a line cook, with hard work progressed to Sous Chef and for the past four years as Executive Chef. Chef Headding is responsible for all facets of culinary operations for both restaurants including menu development and oversight of the two locations.
